Island, NY Owner: Dormitory Authority of the State Of New York Details: Five and a half level parking structure featuring approximately 186,000 square feet of precast parking deck, 5 stair towers , one elevator tower and 23 exterior precast planters. Precast finish is combinations of a Rustification reveal pattern, sandblast and exposed aggregate detailing and wire mesh screening.
