York River Bridge - York, ME

Owner: Maine Department of Transportation
Details: Fabrication for the first bridge of its kind is underway. The project consists of complete replacement of the New Bridge located on Route 103 over the York River. A new 7 span 510’ prestressed concrete bridge replaces the existing 17 span steel girder bridge. Fabrication involves 28 NEXT Beams varying in length between 55’-80’. Installation is scheduled for the Spring of 2010.
