Dailey Precast provides the first Total Precast Bridge Replacement 
in the State of Connecticut. Connections of the precast concrete components were detailed using emulation design.  Emulative detailing provides connection systems in a precast concrete structure so that its structural performance is equivalent to that of a conventionally designed, cast-in-place, monolithic concrete structure (ACI 550.1R). Innovative, cost effective product options for Rapid Bridge Replacement.

Dailey Precast supplies precast/pre-stressed components and deck slabs for rapid bridge construction and has the ability to value engineer CIP footings, abutments and wing walls into precast systems. Fabricated in a factory-controlled environment, both product strength and precise tolerances can be easily achieved and architectural details such as texture, color, brick facing, copings and reveals are applied by Dailey to add unique and innovative effects to precast bridge components.
